You may not download, copy, modify, publish, distribute, transmit or otherwise use the graphics, text, logo, photos, images, etc. without obtaining the written consent of the copyright owner of such materials. Cited product and company names may be registered trademarks or brands. Any unauthorised use of such names may constitute the basis for claims for losses incurred, or the basis for the injunctive relief.

Part numbers and codes

If indicated, in the case of some of the parts presented on this website, the names of the manufacturers, descriptions and identification codes of the original parts have been provided only for reference and descriptive purposes. This does not mean in any case that these parts are original parts of a specific manufacturer.

Collecting and use of data

Southwest Fixings Ltd (“Southwest Fixings Ltd; registered address Beechlea Industrial Estate, Winkleigh, EX19 8DH. Registered in England: 07524607) provides tailored marketing services to their customers/potential customers. In order to enable Southwest Fixings Ltd to provide these services, you must share certain information of you/your company such as contact details, information about payments, invoices, and ordered products (“the information”) with us. By submitting this registration form you agree to such information being used for the purpose mentioned. In addition, Southwest Fixings Ltd is entitled to share this personal data with third parties to implement these purposes. The information shall be stored and kept in a safe and protected way and not be used for any other purposes than marketing. The information shall not be kept any longer than necessary to use it, nor be transferred or made available to other parties, or processed outside of the European Economic Area. You are free to contact Southwest Fixings Ltd at any time if you wish to review, remove, limit, transfer, or amend any personal data that we hold about you or, if you wish to withdraw your agreement to the use of your information as described above. In addition, you can approach the local Data Protection Authority if you are not satisfied with the way Southwest Fixings Ltd handle your personal data.

Returns & Cancellations

At Southwest Fixings we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. However, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

If you need to return an unused item you can do so within 30 days of receipt.

Please return items to us in the same condition you received them, unworn/unused, with tags and labels attached, and preferably with all of the original packaging.

Non-returnable items inc. but are not limited to:
All animal medicines, vaccines, special orders, chemicals (pesticides/herbicides), animal and pet food, paints (inc. mixed colour paints), aerosols, solvents, PPE, and building products that are marked as NON-returnable.

Please note we do not offer a free returns service so a return will be at the cost of the customer.

RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING CHARGE.

FAULTY ITEMS:
- An item is classed as faulty when it has been received as damaged or has a manufacturing fault.
- Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not deemed faulty.
- On the rare occasion that you receive a faulty item from us, you must send it back to us via post.
- We will then be able to look into the possibility of a potential exchange or refund for you. Please be aware that we will only be able to replace it with another item in the same size at the same RRP IN STORE ONLY.

Please take reasonable care of goods purchased from us. Until we have received your return the responsibility for the item/s lies with you, the customer. Therefore, we recommend you use a trusted courier service and track your parcel.

PLEASE NOTE:
- It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. If you’re outside the UK it may take a little longer.
- As soon as we receive your return, we will process it within 48 hours.
- Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 working days of issue. It may take a further week for it to appear on your bank statement. This depends on your bank/card issuer.

GOODS PURCHASED IN OUR SOUTHWEST FIXINGS STORE:
- Goods returned must be unworn/unused, in a saleable condition with all original tags and labels attached with a valid proof of purchase. We will accept either a paper till receipt or a copy of the e-receipt.
- Refunds and exchanges can only be made in the country of purchase and made against the original form of payment. Goods purchased in the Southwest Fixings store cannot be refunded online via our website.

A refund or exchange will be given within 30 days.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
If you need to change your billing address, email address or phone number associated with your account please contact us at accounts@southwestfixings.co.uk and we will make all the changes needed for you.

EXCLUSIONS:
Southwest Fixings reserves the right to cancel orders where:
1) Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you, the customer, have provided to us, for example, where you provide us with an incorrect payment card number, expiry date, or card security value number; incorrect billing information (e.g. where the billing information you provide is different from the information that the bank or building society which issued your payment card has on record); insufficient or an incorrect shipping address (i.e. street address, city, country or postcode); or fraudulent information;
2) There is an error on our site relating to the products that you have ordered, for example an error relating to the price or description of the product as displayed on our site; or
3) The product that you have ordered is no longer available through our website.

We will, unless we suspect that your order was placed for fraudulent purposes, send you an email, to the email address that you have provided to us, if we are unable to accept your order, informing you of the reason.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items won in our “giveaways”.

Southwest Fixings reserves the right (under certain circumstances) to return faulty items to the manufacturer for further inspection before a refund or exchange is offered.

Credit Account Agreement

Payment terms: Statements of accounts will be issued monthly and outstanding amounts will be payable by the due date. All invoices must be paid in terms of EOM + 30 Days. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in interest charges being levied. Continued failure to pay due accounts may result in the account being withdrawn. Any claims regarding an invoice issued must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Returns – If goods are returned for any valid reason, they must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Goods returned must be unused, in resaleable condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned goods may also be subject to a restocking charge. Southwest Fixings Limited will not accept the return of animal medicine, mixed paint or special orders.

Title – The title of any goods sold by Southwest Fixings Limited shall not pass to the customer until payment has been made in full but the risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery or collection. In the event of non-payment, the customer will be allowed free access to the premises by to recover the goods.

Special orders – Goods that are specially ordered by Southwest Fixings Limited for a customer must be paid for in full at the point of order.

Account inactivity - Please note that all credit accounts will be converted to a cash account after 12 months of inactivity.
